The purpose of this document (“Privacy Statement“) is to inform you of how the Luna Research group of companies manages Personal Data (as defined below) which is subject to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“the Act”). Luna Research may from time to time update this Privacy Statement to ensure that this Privacy Statement is consistent with our future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. Data Retention and Disposal Policy (Singapore)
Luna Research is committed to retaining data and records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the business or legal purposes for which they were collected, and no longer.

Retention Limitation: Data, especially personal data, shall not be kept indefinitely. Retention periods are determined by legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and business necessity per the table below.

Secure Disposal: All data and records will be disposed of or anonymised securely and permanently once their retention period has expired.

Legal Hold: In the event of litigation, investigation, or audit, the disposal of relevant records must be immediately suspended until the legal hold is formally lifted by the Legal or Compliance Officer.
